An air conditioner is a sealed system and the gas does not “wear out” like oil nor is it used up like fuel, so it should not require regular re-gassing each year. If the unit is not cooling to best effect, there may be a leak within the system and must be repaired as soon as possible. If you suspect a leak call us to have your system checked out!
